There's always a better way to do things and in 2003, shortly after graduating from a Christian university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CEO and founder Edward Pileggi had come to believe there was a better way to find love within the Christian community. From his history and experience in the church, Edward noted that Christian singles were having a difficult time finding compatible matches in their local churches which caused several to marry outside of the faith. Moreover, the most fruitful marriages involved highly compatible people that were evenly yoked in Christ while the marriages that failed involved people with core differences stemming from an uneven yoke.
So he made this sharp observation: If people were centered in Christ, there would be more fulfilling relationships in the church. Being matched based on key areas of Christian faith meant singles had a greater chance of long-term compatibility. After years of research and development, Edward concluded that certain Christian characteristics can help predict compatibility and lead to more satisfying relationships.
